When my item was delayed I was sent weekly updates from the team that my item would be arriving. They were very apologetic and I’m aware these things happen. I’ve ordered from the HomeT before so when I received my order and it wasn’t what I thought it would be I was nervous to voice my concerns but after sending a quick email they responded very promptly and rectified the situation immediately. They also encouraged me to donate or upcycle the item vs returning it. Customer service is amazing which is hard to come by with e-commerce. I will be purchasing from here again just for this experience. Thanks HomeT!
