Smile Generating Emails

by Ryan Shell

Whitney and I are relatively new to the t-shirt business, but we’ve learned a lot along the way.

One thing I’ve personally learned is how easy it is to get caught up in the businesses of the December holiday shopping season. It’s as if you’ll be working away and the next thing you know Christmas is right around the corner. And that little fact makes email messages like the one below so amazing.

“I wanted to let you know I received the shirt. I love it and I know my son will love it Christmas morning! Thanks for being so great. I’ve told my many friends and co-worker about ya’ll.”

Knowing that she loves the shirt is great, but the thought of her son opening up a package and seeing the shirt Christmas morning is such an exciting thought! It makes all the hard work – and growing pains – so much more important.

Happy Holidays to you, and thanks for your interest in The Home T.
