Feel free to return unworn merchandise within 30 days (more flexible during the holidays) of delivery to exchange it for a different size. You pick up the shipping to get it back to us, and we pay for the shipping to get the new item back to you. We do not accept returns/provide refunds.
We charge a flat shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. The increase allows us to pay for the cost of shipping as well as any handling fees associated. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but may take longer (5-9 business days) to ship if we need to print an item on-demand. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number.
Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Please note, our Home T pillows, blankets, canvas prints and tumblers ship separately (via UPS or FedEx ground) from our other apparel items and are hand-printed on-demand for each order. Most of these non-apparel items print and ship within 3-4 business days but sometimes take longer in instances of increased demand.
Free shipping & exchanges for orders over $75. Should you choose to return an item after receiving free shipping the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
