Feel free to return unworn merchandise within 10 days of receipt (more flexible during the holidays). Why 10 days? Because we noticed the longer it takes, the more funky and damaged garments can get. The hat is good quality, looks great. I think it should have been packaged with plastic around it for shipping. I have also purchased the tee shirt and that is soft & high quality as well.
