Here at The Home T, we like to make the purchasing and exchange process easy for you. Here's how it works.

We understand that life can be a bit hectic which is why we're giving you 30 days to make your exchange or return. Just do us a favor and make sure you're exchanging unworn merchandise.

A few important things to note:

  • If your shirt has glitter on it, we won't be able to do an exchange.
  • If it smells like you wore it for a workout, took it off and then opted to make an exchange, that's a no go.
  • If you've stretched it out or done anything else to it that's made it look funky, that's a no go.

Those are all things that have happened. If it's as fresh as it was when we sent it to you, you'll be good to go.

Exchange/Return Procedure

  • Step 1: Use this link to start your process for exchange: click here and follow the instructions.
  • Step 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to exchange instructions from our service team
  • Step 3: Once the item is mailed, an automatic order will be placed for the exchange and our team will get working on it ASAP.

Please note: We are not able to accept exchanges or returns for mystery tees, art prints, Oopsie Tees or other final sale items.

 

Defective Merchandise/Wrong Order Return Policy:

We are not perfect, and know that occasionally an order may not be either. If you receive your order and have any of the issues below, or any questions, just send us an email at hello@thehomet.com and we will be sure to make things right. Defective merchandise/wrong orders must be reported within 60 days from the day it was delivered.

Defective merchandise/wrong order:

  • Upon arrival the item has a hole or stitching coming loose on your item (sometimes threads will show but please check seams to see if merchandise is actually defected)
  • Merchandise that had a printing error
  • You received items that you did not order
  • You are missing items

Merchandise that has faded has an extended timeframe - within 365 days of delivery with proper wash and care not due to time or use will be considered defective merchandise.
