Ordered 4 shirts well in advance for Christmas pjs. Hunted for matching grey flannel joggers for my family. Then they sent me the wrong order. When told I received green - completely wrong order I was informed they were out of grey t shirts. I bought from someone else on Etsy. Still waiting on my refund with very slow communication and a requirement I send photo as “proof”. Why am I doing extra work when it was the company’s error? And I had to do extra work to look for and reshop from another vendor. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. FYI this isn’t how you do it. Very disappointed.
