I have ordered many home t's in the past and recently I ordered the red/black plaid state t. I noticed after I washed it (according to the instructions) that the screen printing was peeling away from the shirt. I snapped some pictures of it and sent an email to customer service explaining what had happened.
To say they were amazing is an understatement!! They responded to the email almost immediately apologizing and promising to contact their distributor to make sure it does not continue to happen. They rush-shipped me new shirts at no cost to me and I had them within a week of my email. THIS is what keeps people coming back to The Home T. They are amazing and work hard to customize their services. Things don't always go perfect, but they are willing to make it right, and it keeps customers coming back.
