Bad experience….. Almost
I ordered 2 shirts for my wife. We received both shirts and one was defective. It had a small spot that was frayed. I emailed the support line and received a response promptly. They rectified the issue by immediately sending out a new shirt. Upon receiving the replacement shirt, it was unfortunately the wrong shirt. Again I email the support with a full description. They again responded promptly, by rushing us the correct shirt. They also asked that I donated the unwanted shirts to a local shelter. I will continue to purchase merchandise from this website. My wife loves the comforter and looks of these shirts. Plus you can’t pass up on great customer service. In these times that’s a bit hard to come by. Thanks The Home T!
