We’re Coming Home!

We’ve been part of baby announcements, marriage proposals, family photos, and more.

One thing we especially love is helping military families share the awesome news that they are moving back home. The most recent example of this was submitted by Rebecca. Her short note is below.

What Does Home Mean to You?

“What does home mean to you?”

It’s a question that came up in a recent conversation and it was great to hear what different people think of when they hear the word home.

We knew what the people in the original conversation though of when they thought of “home,” but we were curious about some of our customers thoughts so we asked the same question on our Facebook page.

A Message from Katrina

We receive a good number of messages.

Some are customer service related. Some are from folks just saying hi. Some are from other entrepreneurs asking questions.

The topics are all over the place and we’re always happy to receive them and respond. But there are certain messages that make us pause and slow things down for just a bit. A good example is the message below from Katrina.

Walk: MS Boston Team Wears The Home T

Around this time each year, multiple sclerosis (MS) fundraising walks take place all around the country. It’s an inclusive event that a wide range of people can take part in to help raise funds for multiple sclerosis initiatives.

Earlier this month I received the following email from Stephanie,

“I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis just over 4 years ago when I was 19 years old. I was a sophomore in college at the time and my whole world was changed over the course of a few days. Since then, my family and friends have participated in the Walk: MS Boston each year. My college roommate and I started the Boston University Multiple Sclerosis Society about a year after I was diagnosed and then graduated college about a year after that, so our team name for the Walk has actually been different every year.”

Made in the USA: It’s Easier Said Than Done

I’m proud that The Home T products are Made in the USA, but as a business owner I have to admit that, at times, doing so easier said than done.

I’m sure that 25 or 30 years ago it wouldn’t be quite as challenging given that there were more manufacturers in the United States, but the landscape of today is much different.

This topic came to mind because there is one product we’ve been trying to develop for a while that has been somewhat elusive. In fact, you might even call it my pet project.

Bryan Cranston in the United States Home T

My wife and I were late comers to the Breaking Bad party, but like many others, we eventually caught up by doing a few marathon weekends.

We loved the show, and the ending that so many raved about, so it was awesome to be sent this photo of actor Bryan Cranston in his United States Home T.

Hamilton Pool Nature Preserve

If you browse our Texas board on Pinterest, it’s highly likely that you’re going to do a double take when you see the Hamilton Pool.

In fact, when I first saw it it looked like a tropical setting I once visited just outside of Tulum in Mexico. But, as you now know, it’s not in Tulum. It’s in Texas. And from what we can tell, it’s a great place to visit.
